Slow cooker Carne Asada

Carne Asada seasoned thinly sliced beef sirloin (photo here) from Trader Joes
Sweet Peppers
Onions

Chop vegetables, add the meat, making sure it doesn't touch the sides. Cook 6-8 hours and enjoy!
