Recipe from Everyday Paleo:
Mix together by hand in a large bowl:
2 pounds ground beef
1 cup almond meal
1 red onion diced
2 eggs
1 6 oz can tomatoe paste
1/2 cup fresh chopped basil diced
3 cloves fresh garlic minced
1/2 Tbs sea salt
1 tsp marjoran
2 tsp black pepper
Bake one hour at 350 and yummy, home-baked, happiness will ensue!
