1/4 cup pureed pumpkin (I use more)
1/2 cup almond butter (I've also used sunflower butter from Trader Joes, amazing!)
1/2 cup applesauce
1 cup almond flour
3 scoops whey protein
1 TBS pumpkin pie spice or ground cinnamon.nutmeg,ginger
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or carob chips
1/2 cup of walnuts, or pecans, or whatever you like
Combine wet ingredients then add dry ingredients. Mix. Bake at 350 for 10-25 minutes.
