Erica Tingey's Protein Pancakes

  • 2 Cups Old Fashioned Oats (whole or blended)
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ Cup Cottage Cheese
  • ½ Cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Cup milk 
  • 1.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons mini chocolate chips

Blend all ingredients until a smooth texture is achieved. Add additional milk for a thinner texture. Cook as you would with any other pancake and enjoy!
