- 2 Cups Old Fashioned Oats (whole or blended)
- 2 Eggs
- ½ Cup Cottage Cheese
- ½ Cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 Cup milk
- 1.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 Scoop Protein Powder
- 2 Tablespoons mini chocolate chips
Blend all ingredients until a smooth texture is achieved. Add additional milk for a thinner texture. Cook as you would with any other pancake and enjoy!
