Spray a medium glass bowl with non-stick spray, set aside
1 scoop protein (Casein or Whey)
1 Tbsp coconut flour
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
2 egg whites
3 Tbsp water
In separate bowl-mixx together dry ingredients, then add in wet ingredients, whip until a smooth batter
Pour into greased glass bowl
Microwave for 1-1 ½ minutes
Open microwave door and let set for 2-3 minutes
Microwave another 1-1 ½ minutes or until center is no longer wet
Transfer cake on large plate and ENJOY!
