Protein Pancakes

Heat skillet on medium heat
1 scoop whey protein
2 Tbsp coconut flour
2 egg whites
1 tsp baking powder

Mix all together with a little water to create a pancake texture.
Spray skillet and pour 1/3 of the batter into pan.
Make 3 pancakes
